The October 2025 Newsletter and Calendar are ready! It’s a busy month filled with reasons to get out of the house. Enjoy!
Announcements
At the General Meeting on 9/16/2025 the Membership voted to pass new changes to the ByLaws. You can read or download them here: Bylaws – The American Legion Post 1207
We also elected Fernando Delgato as our Junior Vice, you can see a list of Officers here: Officers – The American Legion Post 1207 Fernando was the Junior Vice last year and did a wonderful job. A scheduling conflict kept him from running this year but that has since been resolved. The Junior Vice is both extremely busy and extremely vital to a Post as they are both the Poppy Chairman to help us raise money to help Veterans outside the Post and responsible for planning Legion events, such as the Corn Boil, Feather Party, Trunk or Treat (Planned this year by Ricky Smith in lieu of a Junior Vice), and so forth. Welcome back Fernando!
